El Soplao Cave successfully passes AENOR accessibility audits
On December 10 and 11, El Soplao Cave (Cantabria) successfully passed the audits for Universal Accessibility and Q for Tourism Quality certifications, both conducted by AENOR.
The result could not have been better: 0 non-conformities in both systems, a milestone that reflects the high level of commitment to quality, inclusion, and continuous improvement in the management of this unique space.
Our colleague José F. García carried out the internal audits during the month of November and actively participated in providing technical advice during the certification audits, contributing to the proper preparation and excellent results obtained.
It should be noted that El Soplao is currently the only cave in Spain that has the Universal Accessibility certificate, consolidating its position as a national benchmark in accessible tourism and responsible management of natural heritage.
